Normal Shipping Times
Items are normally shipped within 48 hours to the continental United States. However some items could take longer depending on delivery location and product availability. Any shipping dates given are only an estimate.
All products are shipped curb-side. We may also ship using a freight carrier of our choice. These are not in home deliveries.
Extended Shipping Times
While the majority of our shipments reach their destination without any problem, on occasion we do run into issues with shipping. Some rural areas or other areas that are hard to reach may incur additional shipping charges. These additional charges even apply to items listed as “free shipping”. For example, dirt or gravel roads may be in disrepair, or roads may be to narrow or impassible for some other reason. Another reason might be that the delivery is to a remote area or a heavily populated downtown area like New York City. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. BBQGrillCompany.com isn’t liable for a freight lines inability to deliver to a specific location.
VERY IMPORTANT - Inspect Items Upon Delivery
All deliveries require a signature. BBQGrillCompany.com assumes no liability if you authorize the freight line to drop off the shipment without a signature.
When your grill shipment arrives:
• Open your package immediately.
• If the item is damaged call us while the driver is still at your home.
• Also write a detailed description of all of the damage on the receipt provided by the shipper. This will help us expedite your repairs or obtain a replacement as soon as possible.
We can not be held responsible for damages if you fail to inspect your shipment when it arrives.
ALSO IMPORTANT- SHOCKWATCH Damage Monitors
Most of our shipping containers will have a Shockwatch. If your shipment has a “SHOCKWATCH” on the box that has been broken (as indicated by having ANY red within the center), then put “DAMAGED ITEMS “on the freight company’s receipt. Then inspect the package for damage to the contents. If there is any damage, call us right away while the driver is still there.
Installation
The customer is responsible for setup and installation. If you have concerns about setting up your grill or accessories we recommend hiring a professional installer. The costs incurred for installation are the customer’s responsibility.
