Returns Prior to Use
We will accept returns on products for up to 30 days if the product has not been installed or used in any way. Any use of the grill for cooking or other purposes will prohibit your ability to return the grill except for warranty reasons. You must have the original receipt and the product must be in its original packaging. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally all costs of shipping and handling will be the sole responsibility of the customer - this means that any listing of "free shipping" described on this site will be voided and the customer will be responsible for freight charges.
Specials, Closeouts or Special Orders
We do not accept returns on closeouts, special orders or personalized items.
We can only accept returns with the express authorization of BBQGrillCompany.com.
Wrong Delivery Address / Undeliverable Items
If a shipment is returned because the customer provided the wrong delivery address or if the carrier could not contact the customer to schedule a delivery, the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping both ways.
Incorrect Product Shipped by Us
If we ship you the wrong item, we will refund the entire amount of the shipping charges if you return the item. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping and any other ancillary charges incurred to return the item. This includes items that say “free shipping” on our website.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If we ship you the wrong item or if it arrives damaged, we will pay for shipping when the item is returned. We will correct the situation at no additional cost to you. You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of your shipment of any damages.

Once you have been authorized from BBQGrillCompany.com to return an item it must be shipped to us prepaid and in a resellable condition. All of the parts and documentation must be in the original container when shipped. We are not responsible for damages that occur on returns. We suggest you insure the shipment so if it arrives to us damaged you can make a claim for reimbursement from the carrier. Contact us when you have shipped with the approximate delivery date. It is your responsibility to follow up with your carrier to insure delivery has occurred.
