Tailgaiting - KC Style

Anyone who has been to a Chiefs game can tell you about tailgaiting.  Like many NFL stadiums the parking lots are filled with grill chefs grilling up delicious food on great portable charcoal and gas grills.  Here is one of our favorite recipes for KC Style Tailgating - Steak
 
Ingredients:

2 lbs of your favorite steak

Marinade:

Mix the following together:

• Red wine vinegar to taste
• Worcestershire to taste
• Nice red wine to taste
• Good bourbon to taste

Preparation/Cooking

Combine liquid ingredients in Tupperware with steak. Allow at least 4 hours for marinade to fully penetrate the meat. Once at the game, light the grill and allow time to heat up.  Grill to your preferred temperature, medium to medium rare tastes best.
